For someone suffering from constipation, if after taking the first bottle and not having more than three bowel movement within 24 hours. You will need to take another 8 oz whenever time is permissible to get a thorough cleanse. 

Product Directions

SHAKE WELL. Adults take one 8 ounce bottle every 30 days. Shake well and pour into a cup and drink the entire contents of the bottle. We recommend taking the detox on your day off as this will cause frequent bowel movements. If you do not receive three to four bowel movements within 24 hours of consuming, we recommend taking another bottle to achieve a complete cleansing. Remember to stay hydrated throughout your cleansing process.
